Responsibilities:

• Handle user surveys, incidents, and other situations analysis
• Manage strategic planning
• Provide stakeholders with reports and planning statements
• Establish and execute quality metrix
• Oversee guidelines development and implementation
• Provide strategies to avoid incidents

Requirements:

• Possess general IT knowledge such as development processes, data science, development processes, etc.
• Prior experience in quality management is ideal
• Background in development project management is advantageous
• Advanced level written and verbal Japanese and English
