A multinational apparel manufacturer is in need of a Recruiter. The chosen candidate will support the company with hiring the best talents in the market through strategic and proactive sourcing, pipelining and branding. This is a long-term contract position.

One of the world's leading footwear and apparel companies with a long history of successful operations spanning over 100 years. Headquartered in the US, this organisation operates several iconic brands and provides a wide range of outdoor products and accessories for consumers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with HRBPs and hiring managers to manage the recruitment process
  • Operate regional talent acquisition programs
  • Build a sustainable talent pool
  • Implement recruiting best practices including search engines, social networking, job boards, etc.
  • Provide marketing intelligence to hiring managers and HRBPs
  • Assist project teams with employer branding, social media recruiting and referral programs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in corporate talent acquisition or with external recruitment organisations is preferred
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement
  • Knowledge of talent markets in Japan
